The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) published its Interim Report (“the Report”) on Wednesday 25 April 2018, which was welcomed by the Rt Rev Mark Sowerby, the Bishop of Horsham,  the Church of England’s deputy lead on safeguarding.
