Opposite-sex civil partnerships: Steinfeld

Rebecca Steinfeld and Charles Keidan appealed against the decision of the Court of Appeal in Steinfeld & Anor v Secretary of State for Education [2017] EWCA Civ 81. They sought judicial review of the Government’s continuing refusal to amend the Civil Partnership Act 2004 to allow opposite sex couples to enter into civil partnerships.
