The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 26) Regulations 2021, SSI 2021/227 and Policy Note. Regulations 4 to 8 amend physical distancing requirements to create an exception that will allow one or both parties to a marriage ceremony or civil partnership registration to be accompanied by one or more other persons to the location of the ceremony without physically distancing; Regulation 10 amends schedule 7 of the Local Levels Regulation to create an exemption from the requirement to wear a face covering for a party to a marriage ceremony or civil partnership registration where they are being accompanied by one or more other persons to the location of the ceremony.

The Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 5) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 11) Regulations 2021, WSI 668 (W.169). The Regulations provide that the whole of Wales moves from Alert Level 2 to Alert Level 1 from 6.00 a.m. on 7 June 2021. This means that the restrictions and requirements in Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations take effect. The Regulations also amend Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations.

The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (Amendment No. 6) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021, SR 2021/151. These Regulations amend Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 by permitting food to be ordered other than at a table in venues that do not serve alcohol, and by permitting food to be ordered at a buffet or carvery.
