Review of the ecclesiastical court judgments during January 2022 (I)
Seventeen consistory court judgments were circulated in January 2022, and the nine
featured in this first part of the round-up all relate to Procedural issues and Reordering, extensions & other building works. The second part will review the remaining eight judgments which concern Exhumation, Churchyards and burials and bells, as well as links to other posts relating to ecclesiastical law.
