Both Houses of Parliament prorogued on Wednesday 14 May, thereby ending the Parliamentary session 2013-14. Those Bills which have not received Royal Assent by the end of the session must start again in the following session to become law, unless a carry-over motion is approved by the House of Commons, [House of Commons Library Standard Note SN/PC/03236].
The following six Bills have been carried-over to the 2014-15 session.

Finance (No.2) 2013-14 to 2014-15
High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Bill 2013-14 to 2014-2015
Wales Bill 2013-14 to 2014-15
