what are the “difficulties” in the process they are seeking to address ?
“For the second time in a relatively short period of time (Carlisle in December 2023
and Ely in July 2024), the CNC considering the appointment of a Diocesan Bishop
has not been able reach the level of consensus required to make a nomination”.
thank you
I suppose this is one of the hazards of any committee system
