Adam Wagner has just reported on UKHRB that the European Court of Human Rights is to rule next Tuesday, 15 January, on what the ECtHR now appears to be calling Eweida & Ors v The United Kingdom (Nos. 48420/10, 59842/10, 51671/10 and 36516/10): ie Chaplin, Eweida, Ladele and McFarlane.

Needless to say, we shall report the judgment(s) as soon as possible after they become available – though whichever way they go, we suspect that the BBC will get there before us.
