Nurses and crosses (again): Onuoha

In October we reported that a nurse at Croydon University Hospital, Ms Mary Onuoha, was to appear at an Employment Tribunal alleging that she had been bullied by her employers for wearing a small gold cross. In December 2021, in a reserved judgment, it was held that the Claimant’s claims succeeded in substantial part before the Employment Tribunal, Mrs Onuoha v Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, [2021] ET 2300516/2019.
